Check the box labeled 'Glass' under Taskbar Look.Open 'Classic Shell' and click 'Show all settings' then click on the taskbar tab.This step will explain how to set the taskbar texture and get the settings correct for the taskbar section.
Be sure you save the textures in a place that wont be touched, I recommend opening file explorer and navigating to your Windows installation and making a folder in the root folder called 'Custom' and putting the textures inside that folder.
